Synora Individual helps you define one visible weekly result, identify the next two-hour move, and keep evidence of progress. This policy describes how information is handled when you use Synora. It is not legal advice.

Who is responsible. If your employer provides Synora, your employer decides why employee information is used and is responsible for that use. Synora processes that information on the employer’s instructions. For a personal subscription, the account holder is responsible for what they submit. Contact service@upsweepapp.com for privacy requests.

What you control. You choose what you submit. You review and approve what is stored. Synora does not invent performance scores. Scores and recommendations are based only on information supplied or approved by the user. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share.

What is collected. Name and work email when a licence is assigned. Work information you add, including priorities, outcomes, notes, role context, stakeholder context, feedback, and evidence. Survey responses submitted by you or your manager. Support messages. Sign-in events and error data needed to run and secure the service.

Why it is used. To provide the workspace, generate guidance from information you supply, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests. Guidance may be incomplete, wrong, or out of date. It does not replace management judgement, company policy, an employment decision, or professional advice.

Sharing. Information is shared with providers who host and support the service, with your organisation’s administrators when the subscription is company-managed, and where the law requires it. Personal information is not sold.

Retention. Information is kept while the subscription is active, then for a limited period so it can be exported or deleted, unless a longer period is required by law. Support messages are kept long enough to resolve the request.

Requests. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion at service@upsweepapp.com. If your employer manages the subscription, the request may have to go through your employer. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Microsoft 365. If Synora is installed from Microsoft Teams or the Microsoft 365 admin centre, sign-in uses your Microsoft work account. Only information required for that connection and your use of Synora is received.

Synora is a work tool, not a decision-maker. AI-generated guidance may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it.
